Jennifer Nguyen is the founder of Studii Academy (formerly AEA – American Education Alliance), an educational organization dedicated to training and coaching teenagers in preparation for growth and study abroad journeys. Today, Studii’s students are thriving in the US and other countries, pursuing both academic and personal excellence.
Before founding Studii, Jennifer served as a Relationship Manager at Standard Chartered Bank. In 2011, she moved to the US to pursue her MBA and later worked as a Project Manager in Silicon Valley. After navigating a period of uncertainty in both career and life, Jennifer found herself drawn to a community and a philosophy of education that helped her reconnect with her inner self.
In November 2015, she founded AEA, the seed of what would become Studii Academy, with a mission to connect Vietnamese students to meaningful educational opportunities in the US. However, she and her team soon realized that true preparation for studying abroad must begin at home. They returned to Vietnam to nurture students starting from their roots, with a deep focus on research and personalized support for families and adolescents.
